- Do you want flavor with your dark roast? Most dark roast coffees just taste burnt. This coffees mild, peppery aroma is accompanied by a creamy, rich, medium to heavy body flavor. The pepper aroma is also apparent in the taste of the coffee, along with subtle hints of coriander and cinnamon. The finish is extremely smooth with mild caramel notes.
- Do you like to understand your coffee? These organic and fair trade coffee beans are sourced from the quality coffee growing countries of Mexico, Indonesia, and Peru. They are grown at elevations of 1300-1800 meters, fully washed process and dark roasted in the high elevations of the state of Colorado.
- Our coffees are always packaged as close to roasting time as possible. The roast date is stamped on every bag so you know you are getting fresh coffee.
