Fantastic strength and durability
This has to be one of the best two part epoxies I have ever encountered! Do wear gloves when you use this stuff. It has about a 3 hour pot life and a 24 hour full cure. Once cured it has about the same properties as aluminum. You can drill and tap this if need be and the threads will hold up using smaller machine screws. It has enough temperature tolerance that you can repair intake manifolds or small cracks in a block. I repaired a 1/2” hole I accidentally drilled through the hull of an old boat (doh). It pulled my tush out of the fire on that one. I have never found any other similar product that does what this can. It’s more expensive than JB Weld, but it can perform much more extreme and demanding repairs. So if you really need the very strongest and most durable repair possible, this is the right stuff to use.

The Beast?
Easy to mix. Hardens quickly. Gets very, very hard. Pro's choice for glass bedding. Gets much harder than 50-50 mixing epoxies. Is a flip of a coin between this and Devon 10110. I still prefer marine tex. I used 10110 for many years and just prefer the tex. I think they both are ITW

Warning - It hardens in 10-15 minutes - Mix only what you need.
If you have a project that requires what this product delivers, it is worth the effort...On the other hand, it hardens *very* quickly, and unless you are planning to apply the whole box in under five minutes, you'll need to mix smaller batches in precise proportions ...and that is where things get dicey...Part 1 is a tar-like goo, making measurements is a sticky messy process, and the notion of "precise proportions" is laughable. But as long as you are close, it seems to work okay.

Strong and durable
Used in small quantites so I used a scale to mix it by weight. Bedded a stock (kiwi shoe polish works as a release), repaired a truck tool box tray, and patched a cast aluminum mower deck. Good stuff

An item for life
It is hard for me to imagine a world without photo copiers, baggies and Marine-Tex. I have used this stuff for over 40 years and I still cannot find anything better. I have filled in door knob holes that were drilled in the wrong place, patched holes in a fiberglass sailboat (both times was able to feather in the work with sandpaper like bond dough and you could not see any sign of the repair after they were painted. I have filled striped bolt holes, drilled and re-tapped them, fixed holes in leaning gas tanks and used it to glue dissimilar pieces together such as metal and fiberglass or wood. I even hit a water pipe with a saw when I was cutting a hole in a wall once. I just turned off the water, dried the leak and patched the hole. That was 10 years ago and not problems yet. I am not sure how much heat this stuff will stand but it can take the heat of an automobile engine and not compromise the joint or repair. If you are like me and really screw up every year or so, you need to have a can of Marine Tex handy. If you have never used this before, just buy a small can and put it on the shelf in the garage. It seems to keep forever. I have had some for years and it still works. It costs more than those products that claim to do the same thing. The reason is, the other products do not do the same thing...I have tried them.

Do a small test for the proportions before you do anything other than the whole container mix
It’s a great product when it’s secured properly but there directions are faulty one part Hardner to five parts putty it doesn’t work they always say mix the whole container together well it must be by weight instead of sight because it’s not even close more like one part two 3 1/2 parts or 4 parts at the most for me and it seems to take a day and a half to cure.

Easy to mix and apply. I used it to repair a damaged spot on my boat bottom. All said and done, it looks brand new.
