The sizing chart is made for Asian bodies. I wear a medium in USA clothing and ordered accordingly. I couldn't put the shirt on without hearing seams tearing. However, to the manufacturer's credit, they were VERY willing to exchange all three of the shirts that I ordered for a small shipping charge. I ended up ordering the XXL size and they fit like a medium USA size. The shirts are great, very breathable, and just plain awesome in design. As long as you're aware of the major sizing differences, all is well.

Looks awesome! I'm 125ish pounds, 5' 6", athletic, 28 inch waist, and the large fits. It's SUPER stretchy so I'm sure a medium would have fit as well. The black on the sides gives the waist a tapered, slimming appearance which I like. Colors are pretty much the same as the photo. I've washed it quite a few times (air dry) and it's holding together.

Everyone that has seen me with it on, wants one. Love my C'America shirt! Well worth the wait. Thank you very much.

Rolls up. But expected from a compression shirt.

First of all, this shirt smelled horrible when I first received it, like the strongest chemical smell you can think of and it spread throughout my entire room just from opening it there. After washing it with scented detergent and smell boosters, it still slightly has that chemical smell. Also, my sizing is bust 28" waist 23" and a length of at least 22", which follows the sizing chart this product has as a size small. But because of other reviews, I ordered two sizes up and got large, which is very snug. If I had gotten a small, which is the size I fit in according to the guide than I probably wouldn't have even been able to put it on. Even with a large, the neck is pretty tight and sort of uncomfortable. I'm a small person, pretty skinny, and it almost chokes me a bit and I would definitely not exercise in a shirt like that. There are also areas on the shirt that are a bit fuzzy like you can see the image got blown up too far, mainly both of the sleeves. It's an okay shirt for a Halloween costume, like I had intended, but I don't think its a good option for workout clothes because of teh quality adn sizing issues that I have had. I had been planning to buy other styles once I got it because I love superheros, but after receiving this one I definitely will not be.

Looks super cool. Wore it for an intense weightlifting session and was very comfortable. Was impressed that for what I bought as a novelty it was a decent performance shirt.
