ZHIYUN Crane 3S Smartsling Kit [Official] 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer for DSLR Cameras and Camcorder (with Smartsling Handle)

i ordered this gimbal as it can hold high pay load such as 6.5 Kilograms in this case. I am using it blackmagic 4k which is big camera and anamphoric sense. Small gimabl can not hold such weight so i got this one. Right now it can hold my camera with big lense and my follow focus system on itFor big cameras and high payload, it is defintely recommeneded as so far i experience that motor has enough torque for moving big cameras while on the gimabal. OVerall build is solid, it comes with 3 batteriesand a chargers, and battery life is good dspite of high pwer motor.All the PF, Vergito, POV modes works as mostly in other gimbals. Another positive having 1/4 inch hole on the both side battery compartment, really good have hands for monitor or v mount battery. It comes ina big case which is great for transportation. For more big camrea, it has extension plate to have more room.A second hand sling is must have thing in high payload gimabal, as this can not be handles with single hand. One thing to remember, for using big camera on this heavey weight gimabls, you must have good weight lifting hands as it can make you tired on long shoot. Overall good purchase which last me few years on my shoots.

Fantastic piece of equipment!

It’s a very good gimbal indeed, probably the best I’ve used. BUT.... it has to be balanced properly, and the instructions are useless. There are lots of videos on youtube telling you how to do it, and it has to be done very carefully. I’m using the focus and zoom motors and they are very good indeed. The focus wheel is amazing to have. It’s very easy to use and well balanced - I can hold it up for a long time. Very stable indeed. I’d recommend

For people considering buying the Crane 3s, please do your research and only then I would recommend you buy it. The product works well when it does [EXCEPT FOR WHEN IT DOESN'T] it vibrates out of controller and has a limited set of cameras it's compatible with. Also plz read up about the product as much as you can because you'll find loopholes like "For camera combos over 3kg, we recommend to use with PowerPlus Battery Pack" which is available only in the pro kit.To conclude, plz read about it as much as you probably can and go for it only if you fit into the niche this product is built for.

The crane3 s is an amazing platform to stabilise and fly your camera fantastic functionality great creative posibilitys you will not be disappointed.
