Not the best qualitymaterials or workmanship, but I kept it at 4 stars because it got the job done when I needed to transport my cat by air to a new city/new job. Fits the airline measurement restrictions for under the seat, but you have to tip it on its side, and all the fleecey padding is at the bottom. It worked fine, I took it out from under the seat as soon as takeoff was over and kept it in my lap for the flight. Cat dealt with it just fine.Very plasticy and cheap feeling. Had quite a plastic/chemical odor when I got it, I sponged it with vinegar, left it out in the sun for a couple days, did everything I could think of and eventually it subsided.But again, it did what I needed it to and I've kept it for the future, for that reason.

This is very well designed. Lots of ways to get my cat in or out. Fits easily under airplane seat. I LOVE that it can be worn as a backpack—much steadier for the animal and frees your hands for anything else.

kind of upset. My traveler did not come with the removable fleece and sponge layer as stated. I feel ripped off. I need this item to travel with my pet on dec 23rd 2015 and my poor pet doesn't have a comfortable place to sleep and travel as stated. This is what the description says- "Inside the soft sided fabric are a sponge layer, and a removable fleece on the bottom that is 100% polyester and machine washable." now I have to hassle to try and get something figured out in a few days. Annoyed is an understatement.

Love design but need to return or exchange. Handle detached & started unraveling not even a couple hours into first time using (my kitten is only 3 lbs) ... Sewing quality not the greatest (cheaply made) compared to other backpack carriers in same price range

We received this to find broken zippers. I am cautiously ordering a new one to see if it was a bad piece, or a bad product. I'll update when the new one arrives...

Love the concept of this product. Unfortunately while using it I realized how poor the quality is. The base is not sturdy and began to curl not leaving a flat bottom for my cat to rest comfortably while being held. Also felt that if I did not support the carrier from the bottom that the straps would come lose as well as the plastic pegs/legs. I sent this carrier back because I felt it would not last.

Plenty of room for my 14# Malshi. She did well on Southwest. Was easy to carry with a shoulder strap or as a backpack. Strap inside to hook to her harness as she would have been out when we opened the zipper at the netting to comfort her. She laid down on the sherpa and slept after several minutes.
