AC Delco FD4625AA OEM Ford Motorcraft Fuel Filter

Quality part

My kit came with the clip (Hc3z-9a317-a) but I did not need it as my truck already had a clip on the forward hose connection. I got impatient waiting for water separator to drain fully so it got a little messy on the ground, but I did have a plastic drip pan so nothing hit driveway. This is very easy to install; I used a small screwdriver to open the clips for the filter in the engine. Underneath I used an 8mm socket to handle those 5 bolts. Very simple job. I did notice there was no water in the catch-pan; I expected at least some.

2017 6.7 diesel F-250. Fit for the requirements. Saved $$$ as to the costs of dealership. Follow U-tube on installing. Worked out well for my requirements. (Important) Once installed follow procedure B-4 engine is started.

Direct Replacement for my 2022 F350 6.7L PSD. Didn't end up needing the extra clips as they are for early model year trucks.

Purchased 2 for our trucks , secondary filter (engine bay) first one lasted two days, second lasted one day… they split at seem and spray the whole engine compartment ( fire hazard ) . There was a ford recall on this problem on 2021 6.7 , I contacted ford with part number and they are very concerned, these may be a part of the batch that were recalled and should have been destroyed !
