Works in Mikrotik CRS504-4XQ + Mellanox Connectx-4 LX. Note that only the last part of the cable is unsheathed, but I think you could probably cut part of the sheath off.

Great breakout cable with zero problems
Took less than 5 minutes to configure my Cisco 100 Gb port to provide Ethernet to four 25 Gb Mellanox ConnectX-6 ports in various computers. I own both the 100 Gb to four 25 Gb and 100Gb to four 10 Gb cables. Great products.

Did not work with Celestica DX010 to Cisco UCS VIC 1457
Did not work with Celestica DX010 to Cisco UCS VIC 1457 (10/25Gbps) can read the EEPROM but will not link at either 10Gbps or 25Gbps. Connected another brands, it came right up (10Gbps). Returning it. Need to find one that works with 25Gbps.
