Spenco Ironman Total Support Original Premium Insoles

No complaints about the insoles at all - they offer great support and last a long time (4 years for my old Ironman set, for which these are a replacement). The only down-side I experienced after inserting and cutting to length, was a squeakiness when walking (yes, definitely the in-soles and nothing else!). The fix was pretty simple : Talcum powder rubbed into the bare interior sole of the shoe, before inserting the in-sole. Other than that (which is a tip that would benefit being on the package, although it was easy enough to Google) I think this is a great product and it's highly recommended.

After many years playing football, a while ago I started having pain in my heels and it increased till I was almost unable to walk the day after a game. These insoles really help to reduce the impact and stresses on my feet during the game. For day to day use I recommend the insoles by Dr Foot, but these are now a permanent fixture in my football boots.

Purchased these to help with my fallen arches. I am a larger male and play competitive Futsal and 5 aside football and have been having foot pain and knee pain for a while. purchased these and first time i wore them i noticed an amazing difference. Easy to cut down to size of sole. would recommend to anyone using for sports or general use for comfort.

Great insole. Fitted them to my hiking boots to give instant comfort and great support with no suppination even on long hikes.

not much cushioning

Did just what they said they would. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for 4 months. I had entered Ironman Austria and decided that i was still going to compete - even with the foot problem and no run training. I bought these insoles to see how i would fare and they helped tremendously. My marathon time wasn't excellent, but i completed it in essentially, little pain. I now use them in all my shoes to assist with my problem and they are definitely helping.

For the first couple if weeks these were very comfortable, but just like most gel insoles out there on the market, it lost its comfort very quickly after couple of weeks wear time. For the price I paid for these, i was expecting them to last alot longer.

These insoles are great. Comfy the size fit is perfect. No cutting needed. One thing which is the reason I gave 4 stars is that it does need breaking into. Can be stiff at first but in a few days loosens up.

Habe schon mehrere dieser Einlagen. Sind für mich am Besten geeignet. Langes Laufen kein Problem. Die Füße werden gut gestützt und die Abfederung der Ferse ist auch OK. Keine übermäßigen Wulste/Erhebungen auf der Einlage, die nachher die Füße schmerzen lassen. Mit diesen Einlagen kann ich länger laufen, ohne dass die Lendenwirbelsäule schmerzt. Einziger Nachteil; Aufgrund der Dicke sind sie nicht für alle Schuhe geeignet. Von mir aber eine klare Empfehlung
