It's been 3 weeks, works as expected and no leaks. The only difference was the fact that there was a little indicator for showing that there was rinse agent in the container. The original part was discontinued and this one was listed as compatible.

Uninstalling requires carefully lifting the stainless steal tabs (8 of them) holding against plastic tabs on the dispenser. Using 8 knives did the job nicely. Installing the new unit is another story. The gasket on the new unit is very hard to compress in place. I manages to snap most stainless clips back on but the gasket was so big that it slightly deformed one of the stainless clips to the point that it would not touch the plastic tabs. Yes the gasket is so big that it manages to deform the stainless when you press fit it in. Crossing my fingers that it does not leak too much with that one clip not sitting properly at one end...

Je vous conseille d'acheter un silicone d'aquarium pour l'installer. Sinon, ça peut couler. Avec le silicone d'aquarium, il n'y aura pas de problème, pourvu que vous attendez que le silicone soit bien sec avant de vous servir du lave-vaisselle...

The size is bigger than the replaced one, needs to use lot of aquarium silicon .

I installed this because the rinse aid was leaking. I had to insert many little screwdrivers to carefully wiggle the original part out. I supported the door against the floor with a large screwdriver to snap the new part in, this was difficult, the plastic tabs are a little rough. I advise being careful not to kink the stainless steel of the dishwasher door. The part doesn't have a window to see the rinse aid like the original part, but the dishwasher works properly. This fixed the rinse aid leak.

I bought this to replace the detergent dispenser that has a broken hinge on my dishwasher. Even though it is OE, it is leaking around the gasket. Fitment is not exact and I struggled to get all clips engaged.
