I bought this product as it has good reviews. Big mistake!On opening the package l was hit by a toxic, poisoning pesticide smell. However l thought that may be just the plastic wrap and carried on thinking that the smell will disappear after exposed to high temperature. Instead the taste was horrible and the smell persisted.Now it may be that only that batch was bad, but my experience was totally negative.Not recommended!!!

Tastes poisoned
The smell and taste are genuinely alarming. I don't know what I just ate (vast majority of it went in the bin). Buying this is not a good idea.

Thought this was a value.
Takes forever to pop and its so hard. This almost cracked my teeth, even after popping. Will go back to my normal brand.

Disgusting smell
Smells of bleach and tastes as bleach when cooked. I’ve tried them in the popcorn machine and I thought the taste is due to how the machine was cleaned. Then i did another batch in the pot and they tasted just as bad. To the point I couldn’t do anything to remove the taste from my mouth and I was worried I’ve poisoned myself with something… then I’ve smelled the bag and it was the same horrible stink…I’ll have to throw them away and I honestly hope I won’t get sick from them
