Terrific workout!
This is the best way to get into shape, stay in shape, and add flexibility without ever leaving the house! Hula hooping is so much fun I don't realize I'm working out, and I love all of the other moves that really tone and tighten specific areas for a total body workout. So glad I discovered it!
