Very thick yoga mat. Used it for hot yoga with an added yoga towel (purchased separately). I'm older so appreciate the thicker yoga mats for more comfort.Love the strap also. I would recommend buying. Great quality.

As good as advertised. Full 1/2 inch thickness, comfortable dense foam, width and length dimensions are as advertised. Material's quality is good, flexible and looks to be durable. Carrying strap works well too. Easy and compact for carrying to exercise. No bad smell that requires off gassing like some foam products. Can use this right away. Very good value for the price I paid for this yoga mat.

I just received this in the mail today, so take this review with a grain of salt. I unrolled it and laid on top. I thoroughly enjoy the slight extra thickness this has and had no lower back pain as I get on thinner options. The mat was very easy to roll back up and put away. A huge plus. I have seen many thinner mats rip during this. This mat feels stretchy and durable, but I have not tested this yet. It seems to come with a 2-year warranty, so it will likely do well throughout the years. The strap it comes with is velcro and seems flimsy. I can replace or fix it very cheaply in the event that it does break and I really bought this for the mat and not the holding strap. Overall a 4/5 purchase. Could be 5/5 if it lasts me for more than 2 years and if the strap holds up better than I think.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new yoga mat! As a regular practitioner, I need a mat that provides excellent grip and support and this one delivers. This mat is softer than other mats that I have used previously. It provides the correct amount of form so that my knees and elbows are well protected from the hard floor during yoga and stretch classes. It stays in one place and does not slip from under you. The mat is durable and easy to clean. The strap is a plus for carrying and storing the mat.

When I first opened it, I used scissors to open the box and once it was open, I realized I had cut into the mat itself. It's small enough it's not ruined but it's going to be harder to clean. I wanted the blue-green mat but I got this bright green instead which is annoying. As for the mat itself, it is very comfortable, I'll give it that. I had to weight both ends so it wouldn't unroll but hopefully after time it'll lay flat. Also when you do child's pose if you have the tiniest bit of oil on your face it leaves a grease mark so that was real gross. In summary, it's a comfortable thickness but if you're looking for a good mind and body experience all the little things about it might psych you out.
