I was forwarned from reviews that this item ran way too small. So, I ordered XXXL instead of my usual XL. And it fit like a charm.This is the first time I'm trying on padded tights, and it's quite a new experience for me. As to how it felt when I wore it, well, lets just say I now know how a toddler must feel when wearing diapers.It serves it's purpose of providing a certain degree of padding on my rump. I use it -- for now, during indoor spin cycling and it works, but not to the point where I can say it's a game changer. The reason is, I'm yet to use it beyond the 30 minute mark. Usually, for me, that's when the aches and soreness kick in. If it holds up after that, maybe I'll come back to bump up the star rating.For now, because it's not properly sized, I'll keep it at 4 stars. And for the price I think it's worth your checking out. Just remember, go 2 sizes up.

Ordered XL, one size larger than what I wear in regular underwear, and very snug. If I order again, it will be one size larger. Padding is great - no complaints there.

looks nice but WAY too small. if you order these, order them 2 sizes too big.
