Love this 300mg caps of K2! K7....I use half capsule everyday, so it will last ,a GREAT bargain!

Nice small capsules that are easy to swallow. I wish that this company made a soft gel in this particular quantity of 5, 000 IU's and vitamin k MK7. I would rather take the soft gel. Supposedly it's more absorbable

The only product that I have found that provides reasonable and necessary amount of K2 to independently match a D3 product.

I have been taking NOW brand both vitamins MK7 K2 300 mcg and D3 1,000 IU because my doctor recommended that I should take it together to help my bone density. The tablets are small and easy to swallow and never made my stomach upset.Highly recommend this product.

Now is one of my preferred brands. Their products are produced in the USA and it's still a family-owned company. Their quality is terrific.

I needed this to pair with my 50K weekly Vitamin D3. It routes calcium to our bones, out of our vessels. As a reasonably priced brand (used their other products) I have to rely on their reputation that the MK7 K2 is doing it's job. I take one small 300mg cap daily.

I started taking this supplement about 3 years ago, on the advice of a friend who is very knowledgeable about supplements. He explained that it's important because it helps my body process the vitamin D and calcium supplements. Sure enough, my next bone density test (2 yrs later) actually showed improved in my hip bone density (not in my spine yet). I'm convinced that this supplement is what caused the improvement.
