Able to climb onto boat from deep water
Most boat ladders are too short to 'heave youself' up on when in deep water. This ladder is long enough that you can. It seems well made, and the tubing has 'heft'. Easy to install...though I tossed their screws in favor of thur bolts (1/4 in or 5/16 would be fine) along with fender washers on top, and below the deck where the nuts fasten on. (I'm convinced the wood screws would pull out of the deck over time. ) I would buy it again if I bought a new boat.

Perfect!
So easy to install! We have a very small deck area on the front of our pontoon and this worked perfectly!

Decent quality. I would buy again
Used on the back of my pontoon boat. I haven't tried it from the water. but climbed up it while in the driveway. Im 300lbs. At first I was a little concerned but as i climbed it felt sturdy. Folds up easy and deploys easy also

Easy assembly, even without directions…
Feels substantial and sturdy enough even for larger swimmers getting in or out of water, as long as it’s well / properly installed.(Which is why it’s not the greatest that no instructions are included.)Anyway - this worked great for me. Glad I can pull the collapsed ladder out of water completely.

Excellent high quality ladder
I purchased this for my bass boat and was shocked at the quality and weight of this stainless steel ladder. Similar ladders were twice the price.

Quality
Love it, didn't use the included anchors as I opted for thru-bolt but makes it so easy to get on the boat store up nice and easy and easy to toss out.

Love this ladder!
I installed the ladder on my swim dock. Because it collapses it barely takes up any space at all!

Solid and does the trick ... but is it rusting?
Needed a Dock ladder to climb out of the bay/canal after kayaking and swimming and this does the job very nicely. It's only been a couple of months but it seems nicely sturdy and well made. We also like the length of it (4 rungs) and that it swings up from the water. The only thing that's a bit disturbing is that it already seems to be showing indications of rust somewhere. On the outside, the ladder looks good - we don't see actual rust. However, when we pull in the ladder from the water, it has rust-colored residue, particularly around the welds where the rungs are attached. This residue wipes right off, and it doesn't seem to be emanating from the outer surface, which makes me wonder if it's coming from inside the hollow tubing of the collapsible ladder. Right now we're keeping an eye on it to see if anything worsens, but so far the product is performing perfectly otherwise.
