Best Reader's on the market
Best "readers" on the market for people with large heads...like me. Extremely well made, and wide enough to not touch the sides of my head. Very comfortable. Yes, more expensive than the "throw-away readers" from Dollar Tree, and about same as a 3-pack from Walmart...but these are worth it. I won't buy anything else.

Large like I had hoped
They fit well, but they are greasy, I will have to wash them well.

Good fit for a wide face
Normally, generic reading glasses don't fit my wide face. These fit well (partially width and partially spring hinges that open past 90 degrees). They are metal frames so I think they will tolerate some accidental abuse. They tend to slide down my nose pretty quickly, but I'm trying to pinch the nose pieces to get them tighter without being uncomfortable. Would buy them again.

last a long time
I bought mine 2 years ago and they are great . I just bought 3 more 2 clear and 1 sunglasses. I scratched mine by stepping on them. The frames and lenses were still ok just the lens scratched.

Big noggin? Your search ends here!
Honestly I want to give this one star so that no one will buy them and they will always be available for me when I need another pair! Well, if that day comes since I've already bought 3 to make sure I have them! These aren't your normal "made for big heads" glasses that are basically normal width but with flexible hinges on the "temples or "arms" that press into the side of your head. I don't know about you but after wearing those type of glasses for hours I would get headaches. Well, NO MORE! I've spent over $70 on Bigheadz (I think the spelling is right) glasses but they aren't as good as these. If you were blessed with an above size cranium I'm telling you these are the ones to get! I only ask that you save me a few pair in case something happens to mind!! All the best from Philly! Take care, -E

UPDATED TO ONE STAR. PROBLEM AND SELLER NOT RESPONDING
UPDATE 9/29/2022I recently bought a new pair of these after I had such good luck with my old ones I reviewed below. I eventually broke them and ordered a new pair. The temple piece is just about to fall off the new pair I received. I contacted the seller but never got a response. So I went through the Amazon system to report the defective item and automatically get a replacement. The replacement was supposed to be delivered today but the seller hasn't even shipped it yet. I may have to look for an alternative now if I don't get some sort of resolution soon. Disappointed, because as you can see from my original review I really liked them. I was willing to chuck it up to just a random defect, but if they aren't going to response or ship the replacement then this is what we are left with. I'll update if and when they do something.UPDATE April 2021: Having these for a while I still like them. I like them more than my very expensive Rx glasses. In fact, I rarely wear those any longer. I've dropped these, had them skid across a hard floor, dropped on concrete (once a lens popped out and I popped it right back in), and to this date, I only have very minor scratches. These have been way more durable than the expensive Rx glasses in the past. I think I'm going to order another pair and keep these for just working on projects in the garage since I finally managed to scratch them a bit. But what would you rather do, replace a $400 pair of Rx glasses when they get scratched, or replace a pair of $25 glasses. I stand by more original review below. Still a great value I believe.I've had a number of prescription glasses. I can't see anything clearly in the first 3 feet from me, so I had progressives for computer work - keyboard to screen clarity. I always had a very limited selection because I need a larger frame being 6'2". Also for some reason ALL of my $400 RX glasses scratch like crazy (even with the additional purchased scratch protection that's only good for a year before you have to buy another pair). Additionally, on my latest RX pair they insisted for computer work I HAD to get the blue blocker on them. I didn't want that because I edit video and photos on calibrated monitors and the blue blockers alter the colors. But of course they put in on anyway and not I can't use them when doing that work, so I started looking from some "cheaters" like these. All of the ones I could find in the local stores were too small, but I did find a magnification power that way that worked for me. Then I came and found these on Amazon. I really like them. If I could wish for anything it would be for an anti-glare coating as I sometimes get light reflections off my face on the back side of the lens. It's a minor thing. But more importantly, these things are way harder to scratch than my expensive RX ones. I've not been kind to these and I still don't have any scratches. Go figure. Also important is if you are a larger man with a bigger head, you know the trouble finding a pair not too small for your face and these fit nicely. Don't look like you're wearing children's glasses with these. I'll definitely buy another pair of these should I ever need another. Especially if they start offering it with anti-glare coatings.

They fit my head! I can see!
Nice readers to fit my big head. Cheap enough to buy a few pair and have half a chance of finding a pair, or as the univers can be weird, find all of them in one spot.
