I've been using this coffee for many, many years and it's just superb! I love that it's fair trade and organic, plus there are no inconsistencies in the product, and the flavor and aroma are always outstanding!I used to go through the time consuming process of grinding my own beans and brewing it with a French press but hated the cleanup - dismantling the screen from the plunger, scrubbing everything, wiping the oils out of the grinder, etc. - so I tried this, and the flavor is just amazing, and coffee is now completely effortless!I can make exactly how much I want, fresh and hot, in just a few seconds without ANY compromise on flavor, and no time consuming clean-up!A side note: I use coffee as "medicine" for migraine management and it's very easy to "count the grains" and get exactly the right amount of "medicine" using an instant coffee versus using brewed coffee, which can vary in strength. Accurate and consistent dosing is especially vital for me, but anyone who has ever experienced a caffeine withdrawal headache understands the importance of consistency in coffee consumption. This product is very, very consistent in terms of strength as well as flavor, etc.This instant coffee is very portable (I keep some in my purse for emergencies), and I like instant granules like this better than instant powders because one false move and the powders go all over the place!It will last longer if you keep it in an airtight container. For example, I purchased the decaf but hardly ever use it and the granules have basically become glued together, but this is after perhaps a year or so. I use one and a half teaspoons of the regular coffee per day (and leave it in the jar it comes in, even though it's not airtight) and it never clumps up.Guests agree this coffee is delicious and can't believe it's an instant. It costs a little more than some but it's just such a superior product in every way that it's worth it. I sure hope they never stop making it!Cheers!

I had to give up coffee years ago. I know: bummer! However, that habit was half a cup of beans = one full carafe a day, so a little instant does no harm.. My official excuse is that just a little bit of instant coffee adds flavor to chocolate desserts (so true: I’ve been adding to chocolate mousse since the 1970’s!!!!), and perhaps a little slips in to my hot chocolate on those “10 Below” Winter nights when I really want a cup of something warm and hot. But sometimes it’s just a morning or evening when I really crave a cup of coffee, and I find the quality of this instant to be excellent! I’m old enough to remember instant coffee in college more than 50 years ago—gag—, and this is a far cry. A teaspoon and a half, plus perhaps a half teaspoon of hot chocolate powder, and I’m a happy girl. Ancient happy girl.

I love coffee in the morning. This is quick and easy. And, I looked it up. The caffeine level is low and works for me.

The best instant coffee we have found. Nothing beats fresh-brewed, but this stuff comes close.

Believe it or not, this coffee was recommended by AI for me.I typed in my coffee preferences for an "instant" coffee (not bitter, strong flavor, good with a little cream, etc), and this was one of the two instant-type coffees it recommended to me.I find the cost to be a little high for a freeze-dried coffee, but I was happy to give it a go, and see what happened.The flavor was definitely a good "fit" based on my request.Still prefer to ask a human, though.

Have been using this instant coffee for about two years. I find it quite flavorful and a family member who used to bring his own coffee when he visits had stopped.

Sometimes instant coffee is just quicker, and this is the one I go to. It has the best flavor of any instant I have tried, and I love that it is organic.
