Nature's Bounty Works Wonders.
I always have been a nervous type person and a friend told me about these vitamins. Well I tried it and I do feel more relaxed when taking it 2 times a day. It even helps my thinking, instead of jumping into my work I think of what I want to accomplish that day and make a plan. I have never planed my day before and it really helps. Of course there are days that something else changes the plan but that is normal. I will continue to use these daily.

Mood booster extraordinaire.
I am in my late 30’s & have gone my whole life without experiencing any real effects of PMS. But now I find my mood dropping intensely. This vitamin has greatly helped with the mental effects of PMS for me & helps keep my mood level. I don’t think I will ever be without it at this point. If you need a mood booster without taking medication I recommend giving this a try.

Best Brand of St John's Wort
I've been taking St John's Wort for a few years now. This Nature's Bounty brand works best for me. I didn't think there was a difference amongst brands with the same dosage but I was wrong. The other brand I used (for 3 months) didn't work at all. I recommend Nature's Bounty St John's Wort

Pretty ordinary effect or I would say you can't notice much its effect...if you have consider it buying to improve your mood, mild depression symptoms, etc! So I basically tried this on myself and got discouraged to buy it again in future.

Our family member had improved with st john worts use for the last 7 months on one brand when we decided to change to this brand as this seemed cost effective. But after 1 month of use no effect can be seen.It seems useless . The symptoms are back . so i am thinking of going back to the previous brand

iBhejo sent me normal strength. I can see an inventory label stuck to the bottle as double-strength by mistake. The bottle is of Standard SJW extract, as depicted by the label. The double-strength one mentions it in the label in bold lettering. Inventory management error. Note that this product is not returnable.
