It’s all about the texture
I took a chance of this as I wanted to use it on a radiator. It worked out perfect. It made the rad a lovely grey with texture making the rad seem much more contemporary than it actually is being a late 80’s standard white rad.

Poor can design.
Poor coverage and spray pattern. Nozzle hurts your finger after a few uses. Leaves a very patchy finish too.

Works as expected
Works well - other reviews saying the colour was not as expected so I bought another one from a different brand, and now I have two cans of paint exactly the same colour.

Avoid
Amazon, as always, were great, paint arrived day after i ordered it, but the product itself was terrible.I bought 2 cans to spray an old gawdy gas fire, so it was less hideous until we rip it out and put in a new heating system next year. Thought i was going to get good quality with Rustoleum... sadly this product was a huge disappointment.I can't comment about durability or heat resistance, i've given them the benefit of the doubt on those points with a 5 for each, but ease of use and overall a 1.2 main problems:1. The nozzle on both cans was defective or it is of a defective design. Part way through spraying, it completely cuts out, even though theres 3/4 of the can left and you've shaken it like a beast. You have to take the nozzle off and put it back on a few times to get it back to life again, then once its back to life, it dumps a huge pile of paint ruining any hope you had of a drip-free smooth finish. Both cans did this several times, made the finish a total mess and made me wish i had bought a different brand.2. The colour i ended up with was more like a metallic silvery-grey, far lighter than the 'cast-iron' grey i was expecting and totally unsuitable.I will now have to buy alternative paint, darker and hopefully without a defective nozzle. I suggest you save yourself some drama and wasted expense by going straight for an alternative brand.

Rust still comes through the paint
Good product but the rust still comes through.

It ran out sooner than I expected
Useful for fiddly paint jobs where a brush won't do but I was surprised when it ran out very quickly, in the end I bought a tin of metal paint to finish the job.

Worth buying.
Overall this spray did its job but the button broke just as I started using it which made life a bit difficult and more messy. My chiminea looks like it has been brought back to life.

Silver not black or even grey!
Bought this thinking it was black, as it looks it in the photo. No mention of it being silver in the advert or description. Didn’t realise until I started spraying. Wasted £8. Will have to buy a black spray now.
