Great for marathon training
Love this to use when doing my long training runs.

Stopped me getting cramps after long cycle rides
I used to suffer with leg cramps after long cycle rides (100miles+) or shorter rides when riding in hot weather but since using Tailwind leg cramps are a thing of the past. I had tried a few other electrolyte tablets or powders in the past but none seemed to make much difference to the painful cramps in the large leg muscles. Anything over 40 miles now and I always make sure I drink Tailwind. I have tried a few of the flavours but none to my taste so I use the naked flavour and add some orange and mango cordial.

love this product and use it on both cycle and runs- does not upset my digestive system, but does give me the energy I need for my Ultra endurance training and events

Never fails. Good quality. Works a great.
Good taste. Gets you through a long run / race. Easy in the stomach. Did a 50-mile ultra marathon using just this and a small bit of “real” food. Excellent.
