Definitely ordering again Review: Makes water more palatable - I'm not a big water drinker, but I do drink a couple of litres of diluted fruit squash (no added sugar ones) every day, with a couple of table spoons of chia seeds and a bout 20 mg of l-ascorbic acid in each litre I make up. I also try to have a couple of mugs of herbal tea every day, but I am not big on hot drinks either.....the problem is, as I get older, I am more and more aware of the amount of sugar alternatives I am consuming, by way of aspartame ...I know they are zero calories, however, studies in mice have shown that aspartame and sucralose affects gut bacteria in ways that could lead to insulin resistance. I have switched to stevia and ethrythritol for most of my needs, but I cannot find squashes made with the same sweeteners, so finding these infusers is great..Ive tried all of them, but find the mango and watermelon flavours the best, and no where can i find these prices , except in desertcart...I always buy in bulk and will be looking forward to more flavours.
