Easy to make Keto recipes
Another perfect cookbook from my favorite keto chef. Hilda creates the most delicious, and easy to make recipes. She is my go-to, never disappointing, easy to follow recipes, baker/chef. Every recipe is easy to make, clear directions to follow, delicious results. I have been keto for a few years and for the first few years was so deprived of any breads or desserts. Now I can make almost anything I am craving just by going to Fittoservegroup.com and now her wonderful cookbooks! The recipes are delicious, the cakes are so tender and beautiful. I took a keto pound cake at Christmas time to my brothers house, they are both foodies and gourmet cooks, they LOVED my cake and could not believe it was keto. They chose to eat my cake over some of the fancy desserts being served. I hope Hilda keeps publishing Her keto cookbooks. I will collect them all.

Well it's recipes
If you are into gluten free and me to, I think the book is great. If you want to splurge but in a good way and are dieting, i think it can help. Just don't over do it. I'm reading the recipes and it hits that most of the sweeteners are natural. Not sure if arthritis is or guar gum, but monk fruit is. All other ingredients tended to be high protein sources. Almond flour, for instance. Cream cheese, cream, and so on.

Great selection
Good keto recipes for the sweet tooth. So far, all have been really good.

The desserts are great without the guilt.
If you are on a strict budget, some of these ingredients would be too expensive. The almond flour is alone at 6.99 at Aldis and there isn't much in the bag. The monk-fruit sweetener is from 6.99 - 9.99. The bag isn't very big either. So be sure you can afford the special keto ingredients before you try these recipes.

Recipes okay, but book lacking in photos and descriptions
The recipes in this book mostly seem decent, although far too many require gelatin; however, they have only short and non-satisfactory descriptions and there are very few photos throughout the book.It is a shame, because the recipes mostly seem pretty good, but I like to know what something is before making it.There are also several recipes in the book which seem very similar.

The sweets you miss, without 8,674 wacko ingredients!
I can’t wait to make every single recipe in here! There’s information about what job the ingredients are performing in the recipe and how to finesse so your desserts don’t turn out dry or mealy or otherwise disappointing. Highly recommend!

A good book
I really like the information that was in this book. Some of the recipes are similar to some of the traditional recipes except for the flour and sugar components.

It has great recipies.
Recipies are great, ingredients somewhat hard to buy and expensive.
