Life saver !It’s prefect ! Quite loud but most coolers and fan are loud so it’s not an issue.It cools down room well.Great value for money!Perfect size and looks quite sturdy.Have been using it nos stop for 3 days now and I don’t have any complaints.I’m thinking of getting one more for downstairs.

The performance of this machine is far and away the best fan/humidifier I have ever owned, the 70w+ fan is fantastic and even on the lowest speed provides a very cool stream of air that goes far further than I expected, on the highest speed it is just incredible. I have not had to use the cooling/humidifying function yet but if it is anything like the cold air function it will be great, and the provided ice blocks having freeze gel in them makes the freezing process so much faster, the remote control for all but one function is perfect. The only downside that I have found is the vertical adjustment has to be done manually, but that is a small inconvenience if, like me, you are almost or completely bedridden and to be honest once they are adjusted to suit your needs it should not be necessary to adjust them again.I have to admit that when I first saw the height of the unit I was concerned that the cooling air flow would be below my bed level and I would not have got any benefits from it, I need not have worried as it doesn’t matter as long as you adjust the vertical louvers to direct the air upwards slightly and the swing motion of the horizontal Louvre is done by remote.Overall this is a 10/10 for me, and I got it at a bargain price.

Worked for about a month and a half, then all but one fan became faulty with hardly any airflow, and it started leaking from the front wheels.If you're looking for a short term cooler for 1 to 2 months, then this is alright.Not good for long term/heavy usage.Tried to contact seller for a refund/replacement but couldn't get through.

Great unit. Works like a dream. Don't forget to change out and wash the water tub as it does collect airborne dust etc and the water gets grotty after a while. Unit has 3 speeds plus a cooling and a misting function. Oscillates over a wide area. Came with 2 freeze blocks which you have to add water to yourself, soaking the silica inside and making a gel which can be frozen and thawed repeatedly. Loses one star for the difficulty involved in removing the water tray, but the unit is light enough to take to the sink and tip out and wipe down.

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Noise is no louder than a fan could do with extra ice packs though

Bit of a gimmick this product. Just an expensive tower fan with a running sound of water. Did smell like something was burning when I 1st used it. The smell went after I while so can only presume it’s just the new smell of it. Doesn’t leak which was good. But very noisey. Feels cheaply made, the sellotape on the front of the grills removed a strip of silver paint work on the plastics. Not worth the full price. Wait until is on a super deal.

Excellent the water tank lasts all night it has been a god send during the heat waves it has godsend x

I've had this for a year and to be frank I would have been better off putting my money to a proper aircon unit. It's noisy and ineffective as a cooler, as a fan its OK but for the money there are better options than this.The build quality is solid and I have no complaints in that regard.The water tank is so small that you can only fit a couple of small ice packs in it and between the heat generated from running it and the small tank size these don't cool the water for long enough to prove useful.I have tried filling the tank with ice cubes and adding water but again this only gives you cooling for a very short amount of time and just adds to your running costs.My recommendation is save the money and use it to get a proper unit... I wish I had
