Delivery was quick and product was well packaged. Mostly easy to put together - not much to it - but, when you have arthritis in your hands, it's a bit fiddly to attach the ends of the chains to the pot with the clips.The main issue though - and the reason why I gave this product a 3, not a 5 - is that one of the chains (out of 6) only has 17 links, whereas all the others have 18. That's going to be a real nuisance as, now, one pot won't hang straight, and 1 link will need to be taken off all the other 5 chains to make both pots hang the same.

My fingers are in tatters after a 30 minute battle trying to get the wee hooks on, my goodness that was not easy.I also thought they came with the plants but probably my fault for not reading the description.Lost 2 stars one for each thumb that has been ruined with the wee hooks.

I got what you claimed

no water level indicator would have been better with water being drawn into the compost rather than flooding compost. I modified them to have base with wicking material to draw in water.
