Warranty
The knife was very good and maintained its edge for months at a time but after three years it started to get worse and the edge would not stay sharp for more than a couple of days. I would like to get a replacement knife because it is still within the 5 year warranty and it is a great knife. Please Help

Beyond quality for the price
I own several $100+ high carbon kitchen knives. This knife is well worth the price. I may buy a second one for use at work in my busy kitchen. If it gets f+#=ed up then im only out twenty bucks, not two hundred.

Pretty, but doesnt hold an edge for long
If you want a pretty knife, and dont wanna spend much.... 5 starOtherwise, you can buy a $10 Chicago Cutlery at walmart and have it cut better. The initial edge is amazing, but it doesnt last, i've tried several sharpening methods, i always get it super sharp, but after a day or two of home use, it cant compete with my other cheap knives, dont even mention the "70" dollar ones...

Not a bad knife for the money. The handle feels a little cheap but the blade looks and functions great.
