Red LCD temperature screen stops working.
I've had this for 3 years. Still works like a charm except the LCD screen stops working. Can't see the temperature, not sure if I'm burning my hair or not.

Defective Flat iron
I have previously purchased two of these exact flat irons and love them. This one did not open wide enough. Gave it to My husband to take a look at and when he opened it, the little spring popped off and it was broken. In trying to return it, I was one day past the 30 days. We had been gone for two weeks helping to take care of grandsons. I would appreciate review and your further assistance
