Comfortable

First of all, I rarely leave the review, but for other's sake who may have the same issue as me, I decided to leave a comment on this product.I fell off while stepping down to the basement. I got the tailbone bruise and damaged. Since I am working from home, I had to sit for work. The pain didn't go away for the 3 months. Finally, I made a call to the tele-nurse. She told it doesn't sound like a fracture, but it may be the muscle torn. she recommended using the donut ring cushion to unpressurize the tailbone area.First, I bought memory form one, it's so hard and it got so hot (I am writing this review on 2020 July). I returned it immediately. I found this. It's a lot cheaper than the Purple, but want to give a go as the structure and material seem same.Oh my god. my butt really doesn't feel any. I see my tailbone area seems to heal now as I don't feel any pressure on the tailbone area. I wish I have known this 3 months back. I worried about so much but couldn't see the doctor due to corona virus (this review is from 2020).This helps a lot. I am thinking to buy one more to put on the back area because it is indeed so good. Highly recommend. I should review after 6 months or so to comment out the durability, but so far it's an amazing product.

Could be a little wider to fit more seats

I have been a wheelchair user for many years so I have a lot of experience sitting. I was using prescription cushions in my wheelchair, but a few months ago, one needed to be replaced and I decided to try one of these. I was expecting it to be a temporary fix, but I fell in love with it. The gel offers a lot of support, but the waffle design allows it to adjust to your body. It eliminates pressure points that can lead to sores. The unique design also allows air circulation so you don't have to worry about a sweaty bottom. This one has double the thickness which really does make a huge difference. The best part is that it is inexpensive enough to buy several. Now I have a proper cushion for my couch, car, desk chair, etc instead of one incredibly expensive prescription one that I have to move around wherever I sit.

I have two of these from other “brands” and they feel nothing like this one. This is firm and barely different than the hard chair we were trying to improve. It’s a very noticeable difference in comfort compared to otherwise identical products. Returning because I know how comfortable this is supposed to be but the firmness makes it literally pointless as a cushion.

I’ve tried padded bike shorts, pillows, firm foam seat pads, etc to keep my tailbone from chafing from riding my stationary recumbent bike each evening. I don’t know what it is about this seat pad, maybe the cellular construction, but it actually makes it comfortable to ride my usual 4 miles on the bike. Very happy with the inner design of the pad and the results I’ve gotten!

when I bought this I got it for my daughter a wheelchair user. them it was too big for her tiny chair (she's 4) so I put it in my car.. I drive alot like 500+ mile trips at least every month.. and used to get horrible headaches and back aches .. now I do not! this seat cushion has helped me so much..... I do have this cushion and a small rectangle pillow for my lower back, but without the gel pad I was still getting backaches, not the combo is perfect and I can drive for hours on end without my butt getting numb or my back and head hurting..
