The trimmer doesn’t work. Defective piece delivered
Bad product. Yesterday delivered and it doesn’t work. Tried to contact product support but got nothing. Wanted to return the item, but Amazon doesn’t allow that.

Awful and malfunctioning product within a very short time
Within days of delivery of this product, the product started malfunctioning. The quality of the product is awful even though it carries the name of Havells. The product is also supplied without any battery. The price is overpriced for such an awful product. I have had far less priced product and they have worked for years. I went for the Havells brand and am very disappointed with the Havells brand. It will make me think twice before I buy any Havell brand.. After all, these products are made in China and Havells simply puts its brand name on them

Effective in use. Easy and convenient .

Though the design and look seems good, it doesn't trim the hairs smoothly. It needs a lot time to do it carefully. Like Philips hair trimmer it doesn't have various attachments. Also they don't provide AA battery too.
