I bought this specifically to stop unwanted hair, especially on face. I’m 60 and female. According to Chatty, it takes 500mg (?) to do that. I taken this for about a month, but I already see MASSIVE changes in that regard, and it seems to be helping slow other unwanted hair like on my legs. Full confession, I found another product that I had from YEARS ago. It’s liquid and has saw palmetto, wild yam and fenugreek in it. I started using that too about a week ago so that could be helping. It’s to be taken three times a day. That is hit or miss, but I avg about twice a day.
