Konvio Neer Copper RO water purifier for home and office, RO+UV+UF and TDS Controller, 12 liter, fully automatic

Product is good and reasonable prices...it going to be more than 2 week it's working fine and taste is also good and storage capicity is also fine.Installation done by the team on time and delivery of products is also before time..

Water purity was good tds reduced from 1500tds(general) water to 50tds (R.O) water yet need to adjust tds to 100 plastic of purifier was not good and fittings also not assembled in discipline

The media could not be loaded. Pathetic product. The machine is making continous tak tak sound. And moisture(in pic) is spreading inside machine dome and water is leaking. Installation was not done properly. Technician installed without cleaning tank, so many plastic and other dust particles remained in tank. Stupid Technician.It is pretty easy to install and we can do it by ourselves(DIY). Worthless to pay Rs.500/- for installation.Water purifixation effeciency - purification is pathetic. It purified muncipal water whose tds was 250 before purification and after purification, it is 180 which is not upto the mark.

Quality of RO system is very good. It's working very well.

Even though we are in a remote place. the technical guidance given by them and replacement if any needed is supplied by the company during the warrenty period immediately. Mr Ashok Chandra of customer service support gave whatever advice we need. His support is immediate and momorable. Konvio is affordable,value for the money and above all best customer service support is available all the time.

I have bought one kinovo ro water filter one and half month ago. The filter is functioning well. Service engineer came in time to install the machine. Filteration of machine is good. It takes around 45-550 minute filter full tank of the filter. Good product with low budget.

We have been using the Konvio purifier for over a month now and the water wastage to a lot (each liter of water wastes ~4-5 liters) and this is when our supply water TDS is 220 and the purifier TDS is set to be 150. We contacted the supplier but did not get any reply from them yet. Otherwise the built is fine.

Looks good. Taste also good so far. Don't have light indicators to know the status of functions. Professional installed the product. Inlet and Outlet stickers are wrongly placed on the unit. If i were to install i might have made mistake. Actually i ordered blue colour. Box is having blue colour, but inside black one is there. I am ok with it so using it. But company must take care of packing properly. I will update this review after some days of usage.
