Works great!
I used this for extra insulation in my bedroom! Easy to install, I just used heavy duty staples. Looks great.

Decent enough product
Why does adhesion get stars. There is no backing and the nothing sticks to them with out glue to help out. What do I write. Most of the tiles are good. A few are misshapen. Must have happened at factory when they produce them.Soundproofing might not be a good description for these. Or my grandkids are just too loud. I like the look. I have bought 3 packages of these and will buy 150 more.Do not have too high of an expectation from these

Material good
Overall this product is great I would order more if needed. They come very compressed but once opened they expand pretty well. I bought the 96 package deal so half I just let expand on his own took a couple hours and the other half I put in washer and dryer work perfectly expanding them immediately. Do washer and dryer at your own risk though. Worked great for what I used them for. Color bright no smell. Satisfied customer.

Use a dryer, no water to expand
The trick is a clothing dryer on high heat. Make sure they aren't over packed. They do have to have room to tumble in the dryer. Tumble on high heat for 10 minutes and they will fully expand. They do smell terrible but that will go away over time. Also, use map pins to put them up. Tape never works and if it does, it will ruin your wall. Pins holes can be painted over much easier.

Does what it says
The only problem I have with this product was after letting this fluff up 24 of the black tiles measured 12 x 11 which totally threw the pattern off. The product does what it says but sizing and cutting of foam tiles was not symmetrical. And the seller just brushes it off with the responses of let them sit and fluff out. Which only takes a few hours and they were still 12 x 11

Zero noise reduction
It looks cool, but does not serve any purpose when it comes to reducing noise. I covered all walls, ceiling, and door. It took 2 packs to cover a 3ftx9ft room with a slanted ceiling (under stairs closet). Don't buy gorilla tape, it doesn't stick to this foam. The recommended tape on amazon worked well, so did a white foam kind, and the T-rex clear mounting tape. 1/4 of the 1 pack I got has these weird lines in it that won't come out. The water trick does work wonders for warped pieces, I will give them that. If you are putting on a door you may have to take off part of the the door stopper on doorframe (just the strip along side it opens did the trick). I went through 8-10 packs of tape and still need more to fix random sagging pieces.

Sound dampening goodness.
"Sound Dampening Goodness" One inch thick foam is not going to sound proof anything. But that's not what this is designed for. I used it on the walls in a 4'X5' vocal booth and it stops the bounce completely. Nice, dead room. Highly recommend for reducing room reverb/bounce. Rock On..

Tape
The doble sided tape does not hold up on the product, it sticks well to the celling but not on the product. From the other order i purchased, it was clear double sided tape that works well. As of right now I'm not able to finish the job.

Looks Fantastic Great Product!
I can’t speak on the sound quality of these panels, I would assume they don’t absorb too much. I bought them for aesthetics though and they made my crappy wall look amazing and were so easy to work with instantly puffed up out of the bag!

Good space coverage, mediocre quality, works for a budget at half the price!
I used T pins to pin them to my walls, I water soaked and then dried a dozen of them and left a dozen to air fluff then used all the one that naturally fluffed up after a few hours, most came to size I think I threw out maybe 4 , they are as advertised anyone complaining needs to read better, they are thin and I would suggest buying thicker 2" panels but they do the job to cover a large area of thars what your after!

Great echo proofing
I had bought my first pack as a test to see how they worked out (and to see about the colour). I opened then and was nervous about them. But they puffed up right away and everything worked out perfect. Soooo I bought a second pack and am almost done my project. They are not SUPER soundproof, but they do definitely dampen echo. I built a soundproof room with many layers. But once I added these, they really killed the echo to were I am finally happy with my project room. I would recommend these, I just wouldnt buy them as a 100% guarantee to soundproofing. They are very nice style and they will help cut down echo in a room.
