The globe was a nice size and nice colours The base was substantial and looked modern Switching to star mode was easy and impressive , there was enough light to use as a night light I am really pleased with this product and would highly recommend it. Bought for 5 year old

Battery powered globe
This I got for my grandson for Xmas and it really is a lovely quality globe ..... it is powered by 4 AAA batteries ... a normal globe, then when switched on, it shows the star constellationstogether with what they represent ..... a good educational tool

Beautiful, but with some issues
The map works, and the night map looks amazing. However, the night map did do something and short some batteries the first time it was used - we don't know why. The map has some interesting political choices on country naming too, but that may just be a sign of the times.

Really nice
Lovely globe - clearly marked countries - I read from previous writ ups that when lit you can’t see the constellations very clearly as you can still see the map at the same time - we’ll if you put the light on before it is dark that is true - but if you put the light on when it’s dark the constellations light up extremely well with no map shown at the same time - very beautiful

This was a present for my grandson aged 4 and he loves it especially the stars at night ! As it is battery operated it can stand on his chest of drawers even though there isn’t a socket . Very good quality easy to see and looks good .

Exactly what I wanted!
This was a present for my 89year old husband who has always wanted a globe. He was delighted with it - and especially when he found the constellations were to be seen when using as a lamp. Good colours, clear wording.

Beautiful Gobe, on or off!!
This is such a great quality globe. The detail is really clear, the unit itself is sturdy and attractive looking. The glow when lit up with the constellations takes it to another level.

My grandchildren love this globe. It's perfect for education purposes. They had a lot of fun finding different places and learning the constellations. I highly recommend this product for the family.
