Dude.
Do you too have a corn addiction, do you sit up at night thinking about ways to add more corn to your food? Yeah, me neither. Kidding! I made corn four ways papusas with this as one of the corns and it’s good, it has a roasted sweet corn flavor bc it’s just that…. Like I said, I love corn and I will buy this again to fuel my corn addiction.

No joke. Unquestionably, I'm fond of corn, but this stuff is unbelievably tasty - naturally sweet with loads of umami. I wish this was less expensive b/c I'd buy it in bulk. I bought it to make the Milk Bar corn cookies, but I've already found lots of other uses in both sweet and savory dishes.
