Magnet is very good but the adhesive of the d/s tape won't last long on car dash. I had to get strong double sided tape from Bunnings to get it working again. Good till it lasted.

There’s not a lot to write. This is a simple product that’s functional as described. Magnet is strong. It works.

I find this hands free option very handy.

String and easy to attach

Imagine being on a treadmill and every 2-3 minutes, the arm on this device would slowly drift towards the bottom. You can't see your iPhone anymore, so you re-adjust the arm distracting you from your workout. The product joints seem to wear over time and can't maintain its position.When I first bought this product, I loved it and used it daily. After a few months of continuous use, I noticed the arm would slowly drift downwards. The product advertises that it supports up to 2 lbs (0.9kg) and my iPhone 11 is less than 200 grams, so I don't think its a weight issue. I stopped using it after 6 months or so because the arm would drift to the bottom position within a few minutes.I tried contacting support to get it fixed, but they said "Unfortunately, there isn't a DIY way to adjust the tension of the Clutchit without the proper machine and parts. "The great part was they were willing to send me a new one! I was ecstatic and felt like I could trust the brand. However, since I bought it on Amazon, they retracted their offer and asked me to contact the reseller instead.All-in-all, I wouldn't buy this product again. Customer service was unhelpful, but to be fair to them, the product was way out of their warranty timeframe. The thing that really ruined my connection with the brand was how they retracted their offer.
