I have been taking over a wk now. Have noticed no weight lose BUT my gut feels a lot better. The whole digestive system is much better and my heart burn witch was a big problem is gone. For those benefits I will continue it. I did only buy 1 bottle cause I have got a lot of junk that didn't do what they said. I started taking 2 but many times only 1 and not much difference. Weight lose my come and that will be another+.

Great product and deal

I went from 183-177 in a few weeks on it. That being said it’s supposedly helps with the digestive system. I’m unsure if it actually working like that. But it as an appetite suppressant then I think it acts more like that. I definitely haven’t felt the craving to binge eat like I normally do.

I did not see much of a difference adding these to my diet. I was taking a different brand specifically for women and I think that one worked better for me. This was a cheap alternative to try and may be good to test out on your system, but it did not work for me as well some others.

I used this product to suppress my appetite and it did just that. I received this product on Monday and took 2 as recommended with breakfast. I did not take the recommended dosage of an additional 2 with lunch. It kicked in within a few hours. I had a strange and somewhat jittery feeling after a few hours but definitely did not have any craving. I usually like to snack all day but was content and did not have an urge to do so. My sleep was a little interrupted with this product. I avoided taking it on Tuesday and went back to snacking. I resumed taking it on Wednesday but only took 1 with breakfast opposed to 2. I did not have any side effects with only 1 and it curbed my craving. I've tried many many supplements and they just do not work for me. However, this product is definitely is a winner for me. I'm happy to use a product that does what it claims to do.

I haven't finished the bottle yet, but I've already lost 10 lbs.! I didn't do anything fancy. I just ate regular meals without snacking or binging. You take 2 pills for breakfast and 2 pills for lunch. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods and beverages while taking this product.
