Gave this as a gift to my mom and she absolutely loved it. It's flat so it lays nicely on the wrist and doesn't snag and get caught on everything. And it's substantial enough to actually see from a distance. From past experience of purchasing jewelry online I was afraid I would receive something so tiny and minute but I was so happy that it's actually really lovely. It's also nicely polished which gives it a nice sparkle. I would definitely recommend this. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Not sure what to think, pretty bracelet. Supposed to be solid it doesn’t feel solid. I don’t feel like going to check it out. It is what it is. I believe it’s hollow so just be careful when you buy this kind of stuff it’s not worth the headache to send back size was correct. Beware when you buy gold from overseas, it doesn’t say 14 K as it has another number on it which confuse me plus I didn’t know that.

I don't usually try to write bad reviews on man made products because I know things happen and anything man made isn't perfect but I always think that service as a seller is of upmost importance....I purchased this item as a gift for a friend ...I do not live in the USA nor does the person that received the item ....A day after receiving the gift the bracelet broke ...the recipient was on vacation on a cruise and heading to another country after the cruise so it would have been very difficult for the item to be returned first thing and secondly the seller was not providing a return label for shipping outside of the USA...they only use usps...I contacted Amazon who then put me into contact with the seller to ask for a refund and also explain the difficulty in returning the item ...the long and short of the story is ...the seller Ross Simon's jewelry didn't care about the situation...didn't care about the embarrassment I went through all they cared about was shipping the item back before a refund ...although it was firstly difficult and embarrassing for the receiver of the gift to return it plus they would have had to pay to return it even if they were in a position to (how do you give someone a gift and then tell them to pay to return it when its defective)...I know every establishments have rules but sometimes you have to look at a situation and make a judgement call based on the situation...not being robotic and shoving policy down theor customers throat...I will never and I will advise anyone that values customer service not to buy anything from this seller...luckily Amazon stepped in and helped me out ...much appreciated Amazon but it's a negative for me on Ross Simon's service
