Drisen Products 8 inch Rain Shower Head Rain Style Chrome Finish with Solid Brass Adjustable Extension Arm

This is a great shower head for the money, I got it on a black friday deal so even better, and it was super easy to install right onto the old pipe coming from the wall. My problems have been few, but have been enough that I replaced the shower head with something else 2 years later. Just wanted to let buyers know my 2 year experience was fine... but...1. I'm short, and the water does come straight down on your head. If you have issues with water running over your face, this is not the thing to get. If you're small - like my daughter - you will not like this because you just can't get an angled water flow, it's just coming straight down on you. I know, it's a personal thing, but still... we're not the only shorties out there, so...2. It's a pain in the hooha to clean, and we have hard water, so I had to unscrew the whole thing a couple times a year to soak in vinegar. It worked great for about a month after the vinegar soak, but the hard water just left deposits so quickly in the tiny holes... if I had a water softener or conditioner that would have made this so much better.It's a great shower head for the price - don't hesitate to get it if it's the look and shower experience you want, but those were my experiences, for what it's worth. :)

I researched shower heads until I could no longer make a decision. The last one I had cost about $40 and lasted 3 years before the plastic arm could no longer hold up the head; and although the head was ugly (big, white plastic UFO hovering over my head), it had it's good points and allowed for a strong water flow. It's hard to find decent products anymore that aren't all cheaped out with plastic, so I went with the Drisen because at least this shower head is attractive and comes with it's own arm. For less than $18, it can last a year or so. However, I'm not sure I can make it a year. To be fair, it's called a rain shower and that's what it is. No amount of water pressure (and mine's pretty strong) is going to turn this shower head into a waterfall or a power nozzle. It's it a rain shower. Water falls down on you. If you tilt the head up, the water flow is going to narrow because the water only falls straight down. The head is very light plastic with rubberized nipples that self-clean (as long as you keep the head flat) but the plus side is the light weight makes it less likely that the arm joints will fail. If you want a power shower with big volume, keep looking.

Fantastic for the price and looks nice in our bathroom. The kit comes with everything needed for installation, which was simple and straightforward. My only complaint is that it makes a hissing noise, but it's hardly noticeable with the sound of water hitting the tub.

The showerhead itself seems ok but the extension bar can only tighten in one spot coming off the wall so my shower head sits over the top of the tub edge

Easy to install BUT it is not all metal. The square shower head is plastic, keep that in mind.

Definitely holds up and feels great too. The water pressure where I live is probably weak, but this makes it more tolerable. Removing one of the screens helped with that. My only qualm with it is that sometimes it droops down and I have to readjust it, but other than that, I really like it and would probably take it with me when I move.

This is the best shower head ever made. What makes it so great is the arm attachment it allows you to adjust the shower head many different ways.Very easy to install.

Bought as a water saving head the low pressure allowed the bad plumbing to drain so I didn't have to stand in water, on.the flipside it has low water pressure...
