Well proven as a nearly ideal all-purpose shallow baking pan, this and 9"x13" Pyrex are perhaps the most often used baking utensils in any reasonably equipped kitchen.Baked-on residue (especially after a re-heat) is best removed by soaking in detergent. Aggressive scrubbing--even with Scotch-Brite or similar abrades the surface little by little causing food to stick more and more. Genuine Pyrex [seems] effectively impervious to automatic dishwashing. Some similar appearing materials will etch and cloud after a few years of use.
