A Quality piece of kit
I don't often write reviews, but this purchase deserves some effort. Unlike many offerings this bumper protector enhances the vehicle. I bought it to protect the paintwork on the bumper from scratches by my dog leaving into the boot - and it works well. The protector fits the curves of the bumper perfectly and even fits the corner radii - giving the best protection.It also looks classy with an insert stripe of satin-finish stainless steel. It fits like a glove, does its job, and looks as though it could be original Volkswagen equipment. Not cheap, but worth it - ten stars!

Perfect fit on 2018 Tiguan SEL
Totally agree with the other 5 star reviews for this product. The fit on my car is excellent - the fitting is easy and it looks as if the car left the factory with it on, as its a very good match with the other grey trim on my car (that is Indium Grey). My initial thoughts were to get a stainless steel protector, but I am pleased I reflected and choose this instead.

Very impressed!
Really impressed so far. Fits snugly, looks the part and seems solid. What more can you ask for? Well, hopefully the well placed tape lasts a decent length of time but given it’s pressed into place by the boot door I’m confident it’s been pushed and held in place.

Beautiful however not perfect
The product looks good and strong, however it doesn't fit perfectly it doesn't sit snug on one side and the other it moulded slightly out. Unfortunately once you put it on even tho it says you can remove it easily, I couldn't I was afraid of snapping it so you get one try to put it on.

Product Failure
Good quality product but after a year the double sided tape has given up & the protector has lifted . This has cost me £250 on a paint job on my rear door because the protector raised & the boot hit it taking the paint off. Not happy because it’s not cheap.

Fits perfectly.
Easy to fit. Moulded to the rear bumper and rear hatch closes without any problem. Recommend.
