Excellent Customer Service
Unfortunately this water filter was not compatible with my GE Filter. Water drop however has excellent customer service. They reached out to me and offered me an immediate refund. In addition they sent me their Waterdrop Pitcher as a complimentary gift for my inconvenience. This Water Pitcher is worth 5 Stars. I have well water and had to use bottled water for my coffee maker in order to avoid descaling issues due to my well water. Using this Filtered Water Pitcher I can use the Tap water without any descaling issues. I use this for coffee tea and cooking without any issues. I saves me money and convenience not having to purchase water for my coffeemaker. No descaling issues have arose. I recommend this highly to use in the coffeemaker.
