This is a pricey tool, no doubt about that. But, it is a huge time saver and it works, it absolutely works. It does take a minute to adjust the clamp portion of the handle to the thickness of wire which you intend to tie, but that being done, you can fly with this device. It cuts from a belt reel and then trims and ties with just a couple of quick motions. This really saves on the wrists which can take a huge beating in any substantial project. I tied a 20x60 foot patio with #4 rebar set on 24x24 inch in less than 30 minutes. This gadget also helps you tie a whole horde of other projects in the shop and the garden. Very happy with the feel and performance; it looks like it will outlast me. Very satisfied with the tool and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs this sort of utility.

I wasn't too sure this product would work or not, since I've purchased a while ago other similar type of tools. But to my surprise, and what makes this item unique is that it really works and labor saving. I work in construction, electrical related and was using it tie to down and secure gal sleeves on rebars. At first, initially, the instructions were a little vague and through a little hand on practice, I was breezing through the work. It was like working but not working. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to save their wrist from cts, especially doing construction!

It really saves on your wrist and your grip. It doesn't take very long to get used to either. I recommend it for long term use. Although I can hardly recommend buying this product unless your company provides it or reimburses you. The spring in the rotary is not very strong and will break if you tie tons of wire.

I use it when doing larger jobs. But if I was doing this kind of work all the time, I'd invest in a Hilti auto-tool (at under 1k). Way faster, and no bending over.
