Definitely a five star item. I noticed that after taking it I get in a better mood and that’s great news. Helps with bowel movements for sure. Not sure yet about if it helps you sleep or not. The taste and smell are very pleasant. It is true that it doesn’t dissolve well right away, but give it some time. It is also true that half a container is empty, but it is not a big deal because the weight of the product is indicated on it. Will be ordering on a regular basis as a subscription, may try a different flavor.

This really helps me sleep. When I don’t use it, it takes me longer to fall asleep. You have to mix it with hot water for it to completely dissolve. The taste is pleasant. It’s a little sweet, but completely doable.

I love taking the magnesium powder at night it help me relax and sleep all night.

Wanted something other than the tart raspberry lemon flavor that is out there. Flavor is mild which is nice. Does get clumped together just have to stir really well and is just fine. Did upset my stomach a little at first, magnesium.. but got used to and was fine. Helped me settle down at night. Overall good product. Oh and the container is not full, as expected. Maybe a smaller package and stop trying to fool us.

Honestly a bummer, I saw the reviews and still thought let me just try it maybe it’s not that bad and nope it dissolves horrible, has absolutely no taste of the flavor it comes in. Just gross and waste of money because I can’t return it.

It works for me

I have trouble swallowing large pills, so I searched for liquid or powdered alternatives to several different supplements. I chose this for its price and what I thought would be convenience. After using it the first time, I noticed it was very difficult to get it to dissolve into my fruit juice—it just clumped up. The same is true for using it in warm/hot tea. Added to that frustration was the flavor - a very fake-tasing lemon raspberry that was hard to camouflage in other drinks. I'll probably use the rest of it but I would not order again.
