Ribbons were dried out. Manufacture date was over two years ago.
Purchased two boxes - six ribbons in each box. All 12 ribbons were dry. We couldn't even print one page, not even one line of print.

Incorrect Quantity Advertised
The web site states SIX ribbons. We only received One on the first order that we returned. And again, only One on the second go around. $345 for ONE ribbon is insane.
