This is a GREAT camera, especially for the price! It was so easy to set up using the app. I originally was looking for two different cameras, one to play with my cat while I'm gone (using a laser) and one for home surveillance to notify me if there is someone in my house. This camera accomplishes both! With the pet laser, you can set it to move in patterns to play with them and because the camera is robotic, it doesn't need to be placed at animal height, you can set it on a shelf and look down at yours pets. For the home surveillance, it will notify you via the app if there is movement or noise in the house. The image quality is great (although out of the box it's set at 720p, so you will need to change it to 1080p through the app once you get it on your network). I really don't have any complaints about it only praise...still can't believe how easy it was to set up.

Update: DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, wish I could get my money back. Worked for 9 months, they 'updated the app' for Android and now I'm constantly getting logged out or the app is freezing. I can't even access the camera most of the time now and have to buy a different one. Thanks for nothing ifamcare.Original review: Love the camera and laser but when using audio, it's crap. Having to watch my animals destroy things on the camera because the audio won't work to tell them no and make them stop is very frustrating and defeats the entire reason I got it. Even with perfect WiFi signal the only way audio really works is if you're right by it, which makes 0 sense. Everything else is great, and it was a good, cheap starter camera (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but I'm trashing mine and upgrading so I receive the benefits I bought it for in the first place.

I’ve been in corporate investigations and law enforcement for 3 decades. During my work I’ve set up IP cameras, wired cameras, RF cameras, POE and many remote applications. With this said, this is an online pet camera that’s under $24 bucks. It’s simple to setup, and allows for quick and easy access from anywhere with an internet connection. I have three of these cameras and am on here to grab another for a new rescue we’re getting. I can rest assured that all areas I wish to monitor are a moment away. I even installed one under an eve where I set up a bird cam; where we’ve watched 4 clutches of chicks this year. If you want easy and affordable online access with great features, grab this camera.

I have to say this is really cool. it came in very good condition and worked just fine. The camera has some great features, its real time and the video is very clear. the night vision is very good as well, of course you close the color but its clear. I wish you could talk two-way, but its only one way. Also, I was wishing the scroll to turn the camera in 360 was a bit smoother and covered more footage per scroll. its slow to scroll the whole 360. In the iFameCare app, I wish you could separate the user settings and add some restrictions to who can do and view what. Lastly, the iFamCare app is spotty and loses connection, it goes off line a lot. However, I am hoping that it gets better with more users and over time. I have to say, that overall with all of that it is still a good buy.

This seemed like a great idea for a vacation home.Unfortunately, the first problem I had was that I could not register the device because the iFamcare app has a limited number of characters for an email address and I was evidently a couple of characters too long. So I created a gmail address to try the product. It came on reasonably quickly but could not broadcast continuously. The picture was reasonably good to start. Then I used the app to rotate the camera and it stopped broadcasting. I tried reconnecting but I never saw the picture again. Our speed is about 11mb/sec so we had good thru-put. I also tried connecting it to a 4G service and had the same problem.I sent an email to customer service but on Saturday but did not hear anything back from them until 8pm on Tuesday. Not really what I would call good customer service. After I didn't hear from them on Monday I initiated a return to Amazon. I have since ordered a more professional camera at a higher price point.I would skip this one until they improve it.

This is one of the best purchases I've had for a long time. I already have 3 different IP cameras which none of them rotate like this camera. Here are some points about it:A) the camera rotates full 360 which gives me a large view at homeB) the installation was extremly easy. I set it up without any failure on my iphone. Took just a few minutes.C) the video resolution is very clearD) I like the ability to use my SD card and I'm very happy there is no cloud chargeWhat could be better:A) the alerts are very sensitiveB) the app could use more instruction

I can only give this camera (so far) 3 stars. I love the looks and video quality of the camera, but...I have 3 huge issues that I can't overcome: 1) While it's relatively easy to set up, it comes with basically NO instructions. Not even a quick start tutorial on their website. Cruising through the app pressing buttons and learning on the fly is about the only way to learn. 2) There is NO website interface where you can manage your account (you have to use the app). I accidentally had a typo in my email address, and there is NO way to change/update it. 3) But the BIGGEST complaint I have is that either the notifications are relentless (every 15 seconds), or there are no notifications/capture at all. I have the sensitivity up & down the scale and nothing solves the problems. There were no issues with ceiling fans, pets, windows, etc. I tried everything under the sun, including firmware updating, reinstallation of app, etc. Pressing the reset button on the back only required me to re-register the darn thing. I WANT to love this camera, but I can't love it as a security camera, as much as just a basic monitor since notifications and captures have been a bust. So disappointed. :(
