All flavours seem good and each one of them has a distinct flavour, colour and consistency. Sheesham is flowery andsweet, Ajwain is also flowery with a slight kick, Mustard has the usual honey Taste with very little pungency, Himalayan is very medicinal with a dark colour and herbaceous taste and Euclyptus is Again usual Honey sweet With little flowery undertones. Sunderban I couldn’t taste as it was fermented- bubbles and smelling of alcohol (photos attached). It will be great if the suppliers can send me a replacement for that.Edit: The owner was diligent enough to call me himself and explain elaborately how sunderban has a peculiar taste and isn’t fermented. Full points to him for making the effort and answering each and every query I had.

The company executive called me when I gave a not so good review, as I had thought the honey may have added fragrance/flavour. He explained to me in detail and extremely cordially about thier honey and how it is gathered and how it gets its unique taste and smell.It is not common to see customer taken seriously. I was impressed and believe that this honey is pure and colleted during the specific flowering periods.

Having seen the earlier orders was pretty confident this heavy order will delivered with any issues and was not disappointed.Flavor: Each of them has a distinct flavor and texture. Some of the reviews say honey is watery, sugary etc. You can test it to see if they are authentic. It will pass all the tests.Each of the flavor is distinct in terms of consistency and sweetness. Other reviews have explained the same in detail.Flavors tested till date: Mango, fennel, Coriander, Lychee (seasonal), Sidr-Berry, Sheesham, Himalayan, Mustard , Ajwain, Eucalyptus.Favorite : Lychee, fennel (tasters pack) and Sidr berry.Each of them are distinct from each other, no two honey are the same in taste. Customer service - Absolutely great, contacted me during packaging to confirm on the flavors I ordered. I requested for changes in flavors and they obliged. Trying so many varieties of honey was quite an interesting & remarkable experience for me. The quality of honey is top notch and purity is outstanding too. Beautiful packing in small jars make it absolutely presentable. The pricing is slightly unreasonable therefore have deducted a star for that. Overall an excellent collection of authentic natural honeys. Strongly recommended.

Before writing the review i have tasted the sample twice or thrice .. satisfied product and is same as it is described on the bottle , reached my expectations except with that of sundarbans as it is too liquid and questions about its quality .the description on sundarban and himalayan was the same .. Himalayan was typical dark colour as i have never seen that before ,its like a syrup , mustard - too tasty and sweet , ajwain - a bit pungent and flavour of ajwain can be felt , seesham - its amazing that woody taste as described is felt , sider berry - this thick and like the regular available honey

I was trying to get some useful info on how honey is sourced. I was especially concerned if I was doing the right thing by snatching food that the bees gather with so much hard work.That led me to call Anuj.. a nice gentleman who is the man behind Vanatattva honey. I've ordered this set twice. Once as a gift, and the second time for myself. The first thing I said after tasting the different honey was, "I've never tasted honey like this!"And it's indeed true.The honey come in small adorable glass bottles, and tasting them makes one feel like a honey-connoisseur. Especially since Anuj, the founder of the company, takes so much of effort to explain the specialities of various honey varieties included in the box. He was kind enough to get on a call with me and tell me the entire process.Let me describe each honey with a single liner:a) Himalayan honey: The taste is as deep as its color. It's a wonderful, strong honeyb) Sheesham honey: Sweet honey with an ethereal aftertaste reminiscent of notes of Sheeshamc) Sunderban honey: I can only describe it as thin and playful. There is a pleasant tang at the end of it.d) Ajwain honey: Nice and pleasant. A taste I'd never tasted in the generic honey i have been having till nowe) Mustard honey: I loved it! It's not too mustardy. I cannot wait for it to thicken in the winters, because that'll make it extra delicious then.f) Eucalyptus honey: Again, a very different flavour with subtle woody afternotes. I love its color too.There you have it. It's a wonderful collection to have. And from the packaging and customer care, I feel it is also a product made a company which puts in a lot of effort and love into their work. It's evident in their honey.
