Solved my carpal tunnel issue
Listen, just one day of using I already love it. Very happy my other broke because it only slightly helped with the carpal tunnel due to my desk being a little higher than I would want. Where is this? I’m able to adjust the height and swivel it to the side if need.If I had to complain about anything, it would be based on having a gaming keyboard with a number pad, and not leaving much room for the mouse, but enough to get by.I would recommend this if you work from home or are on your computer a lot, and need something for your wrist and hand comfort.

It's decent, but not great. See below for installation and usage advice.
Really more like 3.5 stars, but I'm feeling generous and will round up.- Measure your desk before buying this to make sure it fits.- Don't trust the template. Use the actual mount to mark your screw holes.- Pay attention to which of the included screws to use depending on the thickness of your desktop.- If installing into solid wood, drill pilot holes and use a drill to drive the screws.- If you want it to slide fully under the desk for storage, the front edge of the mount needs to be recessed around 3 inches.- The listing picture is deceiving--the keyboard and mouse pictured are not true to size. You will have enough width for a full-sized keyboard and a mouse, but the mouse will only have about 5-6 inches of horizontal travel.- The included wrist rest is really stiff and excellent at exacerbating carpel tunnel. I found a much better use for it by mounting it *under* the front edge of the tray. This gives you a handle to slide the tray back and forth more easily. It also helps protect you from the relatively sharp edges of the tray's underside, which are not rounded like the top side.- Apply lithium grease or another lubricant to make the tray slide a little more smoothly.- If you have a 36 inch wide leg opening under your desk, installing this perfectly centered will allow you to rotate the tray 90 degrees in either direction when it is at it's lowest height without hitting the sides of the opening.- It's not nearly as functional as a from a proper ergonomics company, but it's better than a lot of the others out there.- The plastic handle for loosening/tightening the adjustment angle is really flimsy. I expect this will be the first thing that fails on this tray, especially if you are sharing a desk and it needs to be adjusted frequently.

Excellent Keyboard Tray – Ergonomic and Space-Saving
This under-desk keyboard tray is a game changer for my workspace. Installation was straightforward, and it fits nicely under my desk without taking up legroom. It slides smoothly and feels sturdy, even when typing for long periods. The adjustable height and tilt make it easy to find a comfortable typing position, helping reduce wrist and shoulder strain. It also freed up valuable desk space. If you're looking to improve posture and declutter your desk, this tray is a solid investment.

Very Satisfied
The media could not be loaded. Update 10/16. Still liking this keyboard tray. I read in some other reviews where people say it doesn’t glide smooth. That is true to a degree. It is metal on metal so it’s not going to pull out super smooth, but it is not hard to pull the tray out or push it back in. I believe the directions say to lift it up when you push it back in, which does help make it a little easier as well. I’ve had no problems with stability. As I mentioned before the mounting bracket is in the middle of the board, so you are understandably, gonna have a little bit of flex on the left and right, but I have no complaints at all. It has not come loose. It is not falling apart and the finish on the keyboard. tray looks just as good as when I put it together.I have only been using this keyboard tray for a few days, but so far I am really satisfied. It feels like it is made well and I have no problem getting it to rotate to tilt to adjust height or slide back into the bracket. The Trey itself may feel like it is a little wobbly, but it is honestly not much and if you think about it, you’ve got a 25 inch wide tray that’s being held on by four screws in the center so of course you’re gonna have a little bit of movement on each side of that. But it is not anything to be concerned about.Installation was easy. Took about 10 minutes. I just taped the template up under my desk where I wanted the tray to be installed and we just installed the bracket over the template using it as a guide and then screwed the tray on and that was it. Was not hard or difficult to do at all.The pictures attached I was also trying to show what my desk looks like and what it looks like underneath from the installation standpoint. My desk has a little bit of a lip that sticks out from the front crossbar I guess you could call it. That is about an inch and a half to 2 inches wide so my bracket is set back a little further behind that. So the bracket iis not flush with the front of the top board of my desk. But you can see from the pictures, even with that bracket being set back, as it is when I push the keyboard in it still is not sticking out from my desk. So overall, I am very pleased. It works great.

Needs option brackets for desks with bars!
It worked rather well for me for a couple of years but I had to install it with the bar going sideways because my desk has a bar in the middle. So, the tray slide side to side instead of under the desk. I was able to swivel it under when desperate, though. That did get annoying after a time, so I bought another model by the same manufacturer that included dropdown brackets. I finally installed it this weekend and with less than 4 hours use the tilt function isn't holding *on the other tray.* THIS tray would be perfect if the dropdown brackets from the other one worked on it, but the installation bars are different, so they don't fit. I might try to get L brackets from a home improvement store to see if I can jury rig something to make it work with my desk.If you don't have a bar down the middle of your desk (usually modular or standing desks have them), then this is great.
