I love this product! We live in a small town in the midwest so our seafood options are ... well, frozen, blocky, and bland. I order this product online, and it arrives in refrigerated packaging direct to my door. This is a real treat for us. To buy seafood of this quality, I would have to drive about 180 miles round-trip, and even then could not count on the store to necessarily have 12 portions for me to stock up on. Instead, I'm getting a great product delivered to my door. I don't have a lot of experience cooking seafood, and guess what? When you have great quality, you don't need experience or fancy recipes, just about 30 minutes, some aluminum foil, a little butter or olive oil, a dash of seasoning, and either a grill or an oven. That's it. Having this fresh salmon once a week, has become a simple easy weeknight meal that we all look forward to in our household. Serve it with a baked potato or sweet potato and a side salad and you've got gourmet, homemade, super healthy "fast food." If the cost of this salmon sounds expensive to you, add up what it really costs for your family to run through the drive thru some weeknight evening plus all the snack food you will consume before or after that fast food run. Then look at all the junk and chemicals in that fast food, and compare it to the meal I described above. Do your body and your budget a favor and make the switch. You won't regret it, it's just a matter of shifting priorities.

I love this fish. I love, love, love this fish. Did I tell you how much I love this fish? Who knew you could buy quality salmon on the internet? It arrived frozen, neatly packed, and in good shape. I took them out to let them thaw in the fridge for a day. Then I pan seared a filet and it was perfect. I also canned some of it and everything came out great. Can't recommend this enough. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

Not worth your money, deep-frozen fish. The order came late. Total disappointment

Bought this for sashimi/nigiri. Fresh farmed Atlantic salmon from Costco is far superior quality/appearance and much better priced. Live and learn.

Seriously surprised. I was very very wary about ordering fish online, but this was a nice experience to say the least! It came super quick in a mega sealed container, still ice cold and frozen. (During summer!) It tasted very nice as sushi and cooked. Beautiful cuts of fish.
