Amazing!
This product is amazing for the price. We have an aluminum roof on our mobile home and needed to get it resealed and it worked perfectly. It is a little thick so you’ll need a drill to mix it. It took maybe an hour to spread 1500 sq feet, it seems to be self leveling which I didn’t expect! We took the buckets up to the roof with us and dipped our roller into it and it was so fast and easy I will recommend it to anyone!

Lumpy after mixing
This product seemed very old and had almost solidified. After machine mixing it was still very lumpy as if it had been sitting for a very long time. My guess is that it was expired or beyond its Best Buy date. Made application very difficult and lumpy
