Shadowhunters Slipcase Hardcover – Box set, January 1, 2017

I really enjoyed reading The Infernal Devices and The Mortal Instruments so I bought these follow on short story compilations. The Bane Chronicles wasn't as interesting but Tales from the Shadowhumter Academy was much better. I really enjoyed the expanded storyline for Simon. I did go on to buy the next three books Shadowhunter books by Cassandra Clare.

I’ve been a fan of the Shadowhunter series since the first three books were released and I was seriously NOT disappointed with these spin-offs! Highly recommend reading these 2 books after the Mortal Instruments and Infernal Devices, but before the Dark Artifices!!

Wonderful to fill out the context of a complex character like Magnus Bane, and if you only watched the TV show then Tales will confuse you. Be sure to read The Mortal Instruments first so you don't wonder what's going on with Simon.

Her books are awesome fiction. Very hard to put down. I have bought all of them. If she writes, I read.

The product was just what I wanted. It's a Christmas present for my granddaughter.

Don't know if they would make as much sense to someone who hadn't read the series first.

Really good, all the stories were good

The two books are paperbacks in a hard cardboard slipcase but they aren't hardcover as stated. Even for the paperbacks, the price is fair and they are brand new and sealed. But the description is completely wrong.

Unfortunately the books are paperback not hardback as described
