Q: what's the minimum height? I'm trying to hang it on the side of a bunk bed

It's about 70 inches I think. But I'm not entirely sure if it would work on the side of a bunk bed. I imagine the bottom cubby will be nearly on the ground. I can't imagine how stable it would be on the side of a bunkbed either. When I had a bunkbed the cats would love running up the steps while chasing each other or just taking naps on the top bunk. I would just let them continue to do that if given the option.

Q: Where can I purchase the metal brackets for mounting to the wall, for the bigger version of this? I'm hoping the manufacturer sees this and replies.

Hello - we don't currently sell any wall mounts for this product, as it is designed for usage on doors specifically.

Q: How do they get into the top compartments? Are there openings between the levels that would allow a way to the top?

There are openings inside that give access all the way up through the interior. There are also side exits on each level.

Q: What is the weight maximum capacity? Also, does it come in a different color?

Maximum weight is 80/100lbs. Comes in one color Gray, but two sizes – 3 or 5 stories.
